Activity Detail

Restrictions

  • Guests may not fly within 24 hours of a two-tank scuba dive due to the high risk of decompression sickness.
  • If less than 6 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
  • Participants 17 years old and below must dive with a parent or guardian.
  • Children 10 years old and above can participate in this activity.
  • Guests may not scuba dive if they have any medical issue indicated on the "PADI Medical Statement and Questionnaire". Those with medical issues must consult with a physician and complete the "RSTC Medical Statement and Guidelines for Recreational Scuba Diver's Physical Examination" on their behalf.

Additional Notes

  • Due to the fluctuation of world fuel prices, it may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge which participants would have to pay on board. An advise will be communicated with a minimum of 7 days notice if any charge is applicable.
  • The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
  • Guests who will be availing the hotel pick-up and drop-off services to/from specific hotels in Cairns will need to pay an additional fee per person on the spot. Please indicate your hotel name and address at the time of booking.
  • Smoking on board Tusa 6 is not allowed.

  • You may be required to bring a doctor's certification proving that your are fit to dive if you have any illness mentioned in the medical questionnaire.

Requirement(s) - other

  • Minors are required to have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver.
  • Some medical conditions and/or medications may preclude a client from diving. Participants must accomplish a medical questionnaire to take part in this activity. Please download here.
  • Participants are required to disclose their medical conditions before the tour. Failure to do so may result in the diving session being replaced with snorkeling sessions.
