Description

- Any cancellations made between 2 business days (07:30 local time) to 1 business days (07:30 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 07:30 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Scuba diving certification is required.
- Guests may not fly within 24 hours of a two-tank scuba dive due to the high risk of decompression sickness.
- Do not drink alcohol within 8 hours of scuba diving.
- Guests may not fly within 12 hours of a one-tank scuba dive due to the high risk of decompression sickness.
- Guests may not scuba dive if you have any medical issue indicated on the "PADI Medical Statement and Questionnaire". Those with medical issues must consult with a physician and complete the "RSTC Medical Statement and Guidelines for Recreational Scuba Diver's Physical Examination" on their behalf.
- Guests with asthma or other respiratory problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests with heart and cardiovascular issues are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests with sleep deprivation are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests with a fever are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests who are under the influence of any medication are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests with diabetes are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests with arrhythmia are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests who are suffering from the ill-effects of the excessive consumption alcohol or are under the influence of alcohol on the day of the activity, are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests with ear, nose or throat issues will need a medical release from their physician to participate in this activity.
- Guests with asthma or other respiratory problems will need a medical release from their physician to participate in this activity.
- Children 14 and below must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If your child is 15-18 years old, he/she must accomplish a dive waiver (either certified or introductory) and a letter signed by the parent or guardian giving your child permission to dive. The paperwork must be given to the crew on the day before travel. Please contact the activity provider for other necessary paperwork.
Additional Notes
- During the rainy season (from December to April), there is a chance that beaches may be closed due to an influx of jellyfish. In such cases, the resort pool will be used.
- Please be sure to have lunch at the given time on your boarding ticket.
- Participants are advised to wear a shirt and shoes within restaurant premises. Wearing of swimwear is discouraged.
- Depending on the weather, Moore Reef Pontoon may be visited instead of Norman Reef Pontoon.
- Life vests for snorkeling are available for all ages. Please pay rental fees on site. For adults: 12 AUD For children: 6 AUD ※ Rates are subject to change.
- Activities not mentioned on the tour inclusions such as diving, marine walk and use of the pool are subject to additional fee which can be paid onsite.
