- All benefits may be redeemed only once. Attraction pass is valid 6 months from date of purchase.
- After first use of the pass you will have 5 days to redeem all your admission tickets.
- Please note that refunds will not be issued for unused benefits or lost/stolen cards.

- Please note that it might take up to 12-24 hours before your electronic pass can be activated or your physical pass can be redeemed. Booking in advance at least a day before intended use is recommended.
