- Any cancellations made between 2 business days (11:15 local time) to 1 business days (11:15 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 11:15 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Children 3 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
- Aircraft capacity allows 2-6 passengers per flight.
- Wheelchairs can be carried on selected aircraft only and they must be collapsible. Due to OH&S safety requirements staff are unable to lift any passengers.
Additional Notes
- All flights are subject to weather conditions, Air Traffic Control, Civil Aviation Safety Authority regulations and the discretion of the pilot.
- Heli-Tour DVD is available for purchase after your flight
- If passengers elect not to travel due to weather conditions and the helicopter flight is still operational a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- All flights are sold on a shared basis, there may or may not be other passengers travelling on your flight.
