Travel to the German Military Cemetery of Vladslo where you will see the Grieving Parents sculpture by the German expressionist sculptor Käthe Kollwitz.

Get a feel of what soldiers had to endure as you tour trenches from WW1 before heading to the Essex Farm Cemetery, where Canadian Lieutenant Colonel John McCrae wrote the poem "In Flanders Fields" in 1915.
