Additional Notes

  • The Royal Palace grounds may be closed on important Khmer holidays for part or all of the day, and as such the order of visiting different sites may change in order to accommodate this. In the rare event that the palace grounds are closed for the entire day, an alternate activity of the same value will be provided.
  • This tour operates with a maximum of 12 participants.
  • Proof of age for children must be presented on the day of the tour. Participants may be required to pay the difference between adult and child rates by failing to provide proof of age for participating children.

  • Please follow the conservative dress standards by wearing modest clothing covering from shoulders to knees. Loose, lightweight and long clothing are recommended and will also keep you cool in the hot climate.

Head to the outskirts of the city where the killing fields of Choeung Ek is situated. The site is where thousands of bodies were discovered after the fall of despotic regime. A Buddhist stupa housing almost 8,000 human skulls can be found in the vicinity.
