Guests should be in the lobby of their hotel at the pick-up time listed above to ensure an on-time tour departure.
Restrictions
- The Suspension Bridge, Treetops Adventure and Cliffwalk are not accessible for guests in wheelchairs or crutches. The rest of the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, however, is accessible.
- Children of all ages can participate in this activity.
- Children 12 years old and below must be accompanied by at least one (1) adult.
- Folding wheelchairs, walkers and strollers are allowed on tour. Accessible buses are subject to availability.
- The Skyride and alpine levels are wheelchair accessible. The peak of the mountain and the Eye of the Wind can be accessed by special arrangement. Please note that there are no paved pathways at the peak.

- Gratuity is not included in the price.
- Drop-off at Vancouver International Airport is available after the completion of the tour.
- Duration of tours may vary due to weather, traffic, road maintenance and size of the group.
- No pets are allowed on board with the exception of registered service dogs.
