Description

Restrictions
- Children under 1.3 meters in height may join the cruise for free.
Additional Notes
- Cruises depart every 30 minutes from 11:00 to 21:00, but times may be subject to change.
- The number of children must not be more than the number of adults.
- Tickets must only be used on the date indicated upon booking.
- Tickets can only be used once. Re-entry is not allowed.
- Please note that cruises only accept passengers up to 10 minutes before departure time.
- Please note that there are VIP indoor seats that you can avail at an additional fee once you are inside the cruise.
Dressing & Items to Bring
- Please be ready to produce valid identification and the credit card used for payment upon redemption of tickets.
- A separate voucher from the tour operator will be sent upon booking confirmation. Participants will have to show this voucher to get their ticket at the redemption point in order to join the tour. Please note that this is different from the VELTRA voucher.
- Participants who fail to show the tour operator voucher will not be allowed to join the tour.
- Voucher can be shown on the mobile device but because China restricts access to some email apps like Gmail, it is strongly recommended that guests print one out just in case.
