Watch an amazing production of Mozart's opera Don Giovanni performed at the Marionette Theatre. Be amazed by the puppetry performance in one of Prague's proudest theatre traditions. Mozart composed "The Opera of Operas" - Don Giovanni - especially for Prague and he personally conducted its world first performance in 1787 at the Prague Estates Theatre (Stavovske Theatre). See the brilliant Don Giovanni opera performed like you have never seen before! Classical marionettes in traditional costumes will thrill you as the opera is performed in the original Italian libretto.

Participation Location Details

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the showtime and present your voucher at the theatre's ticket office.
    Opera schedule
    January 2020 to March 2021 : Monday and Thursday
    The opera is approximately 2 hours long.
    Closed on December 24, December 25 and January 1.

  • Children 3 years old and above can participate in this activity.

Requirement(s) - other

  • Students are required to bring their ISIC card to avail the student rate.
  • You are required to redeem your voucher for tickets by presenting it to an employee at the Gray Line Prague Office (Grayline stand at Narodni 38) at least 48 hours prior to scheduled showtime until 18:00.
  • You must have a printed copy of your VELTRA voucher to present upon check-in. You will not be able to participate in this activity if you only have a digital copy on your mobile device.
