- Please bring your VELTRA voucher with you on the evening, as you will need it to check-in for the show.
- Guests 12 years old and below must show proof of age for check-in.

- The dress code is formal. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a shirt with a jacket or suit. Jeans, denim of any color or style, leisurewear, and trainers/training shoes are not permitted.
- A systematic bag control is strictly observed, jackets and coats must be opened at the entrance. Bulky baggage more than 16 liters in size (small backpacks, handbags and computer cases not included) are not allowed into the establishments, including for leaving in the cloakroom.
