Restrictions
- Child seats for children under 150 cm (4 feet and 11 inches) and under 35 kg (80 pounds) are available, and can be attached to the bicycles of adult participants, for an additional cost.
- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests must be at least 5 ft (150 cm) to participate in this activity.
- Guests must know how to ride a bicycle to participate in this activity.
Additional Notes
- There will be no time for eating or drinking during the tour. Please take your meal before or after the tour.
- There will also be no time for souvenir-shopping.
- For your safety during the tour, please be sure to follow the guide's instructions. By law, the bicycle basically runs on the roadway. Please note that you will be riding side-by-side with other vehicles, including buses, taxis, etc. Also, please refrain from taking photographs or videos while riding the electric bicycle.
- The end time may be delayed due to numerous reasons including bad weather conditions, number of participants, or traffic.
- The following are covered by the insurance of the tour: hospitalization due to bicycle breakage, theft of luggage, and accident due to negligence. However, accidents which happened because of failing to follow the guide's instructions are not included in the insurance.
- Please note that the tour is also available in Mandarin (09:00 and 14:30 tours only) and French.
- The size of the bicycle used for the tour is 24 inches, but due to the European specification, the car body is about 26 to 27 inches in size of the Japanese bicycle.
