- Any cancellations made between 2 business days (06:30 local time) to 1 business days (06:30 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 06:30 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- The Paris Museum Pass does not include access to temporary exhibitions or conference visits.
- Please understand that there may be queuing because certain sites require the visitor to collect a free ticket in order to enter or due to security checks.
- The validity of the pass will not extend nor entitle the holder to a refund in events of closure (due to strikes, national holidays) and on days when free admission is offered.
- Please take note that this pass is valid for 4 consecutive days from the first use.
