- You will be asked to provide an identity document (ID Card, Passport or driving license) when exchanging your voucher for the pass at Paris Pass Redemption Desk.
- You must have a printed copy of your VELTRA voucher. You will not be able to claim your Paris Pass if you only have a digital copy on your mobile device.
- Please note that the pass' validity is based on calendar days, not 24-hour cycles. The card is activated upon first use. If you are traveling during a holiday, please check if attractions will be open throughout and if the public transport is running before you activate your card.
- The Travel Card has the same duration as the Paris Pass and is validated on first use. The Travel Card must be signed and dated. Please use the European format when dating tickets – DD/MM/YY.
- Please keep your Paris Travel Card away from magnetic sources and mobile phones to avoid damaging the magnetic strip.
- The Paris Pass is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
