  • Any cancellations made between 30 business days (18:30 local time) to 11 business days (18:30 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made after 18:30 local time, 11 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

  • This activity is wheelchair accessible.

Additional Notes

  • The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
  • Bags will be checked and jackets and coats should be opened at the entrance for inspection.
  • The only toilets available are located on the boats. There are no toilet facilities available on the piers.
  • Each seat is equipped with personal audio guides that will provide commentaries in 14 languages. Guests may also access the multilingual audio guide app by connecting to the on-board WiFi.
  • Audio guides are available in French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Hindi, Russian, Arabic, Dutch, German, and Italian.
  • Please note that pets are not allowed on board the boat with an exception for guide dogs for the blind.
  • Smoking is not permitted on board the boat.
  • You must have a printed copy of your VELTRA voucher to present upon check-in. You will not be able to participate in this activity if you only have a digital copy on your mobile device.
