  • Please exchange your voucher for a ticket at the Chapel's ticket office.
    Operating hours
    January 2 to April 11: from 08:15 until 13:50
    April 12 to November 1: from 08:15 until 17:00
    November 2 to December 31: from 08:15 until 13:50
    Entry to the Medici Chapels is every 15 minutes.
    The Medici Chapels are closed on the first, third and fifth Monday of the month and on the second and fourth Sunday of the month.

    Please note: The time you select upon booking is your preferred time. The closest available time, which can be anytime during opening hours on the selected date, will be automatically confirmed if your preferred time is no longer available.

Restrictions

  • Confirmed time is not always the same time you requested; the venue automatically confirms the closest available time on the same date if requested time is sold out.
  • Children of all ages can participate in this activity.

Additional Notes

  • In case of loss or failure to return the audio guide, visitors will be requested to pay the cost (250 EUR per audio guide).
