Restrictions

  • The ascent to the top of the Leaning Tower of Pisa is comprised of 269 steps rising in a spiral; therefore, guests with exhaustion and cardiovascular issues are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • This activity is not wheelchair accessible.

Additional Notes

  • The tour is available in English and Spanish.
  • Please note that the Pisa Cathedral may be closed on bank holidays. Instead of entering the church, the guide will provide more information on the Piazza dei Miracoli.
  • Tour transportation can be done by bus, minivan or train depending on the schedule. In case transportation will be by train, tickets will be provided by your guide.
  • Please note that during the winter season (November to March), the activity requires a minimum 2 participants to operate.
