Description

Choose from three traditional dishes and cook up a storm in a friendly Japanese cooking lesson that comes with a glimpse into Japan's culture thanks to your local instructor, all in English. You can choose to make sushi and dashi soup stock, the famous dish known worldwide and the silent partner of Japanese cuisine. Or, try mastering the secret to teriyaki chicken, whose simple ingredients bring a deep world of flavor with the right trick. Last, you can cook up savory okonomiyaki, a hearty and tasty dish with local variations all across Japan. This authentic Japanese cooking lesson is held with English instruction, and even covers Japanese table manners and the history and culture behind Japanese cuisine, giving you a deeper look into the culture.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellations made between 8 business days (18:00 local time) to 3 business days (18:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made between 3 business days (18:00 local time) to 1 business days (18:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 70% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made after 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

  • For private lessons, an additional fee of 1,000 JPY per person will be added.

  • If you would like to join the class with children please let us know when you make your reservation.
