Blend the 7 ingredients including cayenne pepper powder, Japanese pepper, sesame , hemp seed, dried citrus peel, green laver, and green perilla to make your original seven flavored spice mix

Tasting
You can taste your spices by putting it into soup, then adjust the flavor. For example, you can make a blend which is not so hot, but has a rich flavor, if you do not like hot food. You can use the spices not only for soba and udon but also for many other dishes.
