Restrictions

• All Airport Shuttles are all non-smoking.
• The use of cellular phones is prohibited in the airport shuttle.
• Pets are not allowed in the airport shuttle vehicles. Exceptions can be made for guide animals.
• Kansai International Airport to Kyoto: The first shuttle leaves Kansai Airport for Kyoto at around 7:15. If your flight arrives early, please wait for the first shuttle. Shuttle services are only available to passengers on flights scheduled to arrive before 21:00. *Only the Kyoto area is included in the destinations, not the Osaka region.
• Kyoto to Kansai International Airport: The first shuttle will not arrive at Kansai Airport until after 7:00. The last shuttle leaves Kyoto around 18:30 and will arrive at Kansai Airport at around 20:30-21:00.
• Kyoto Area: Kyoto Area includes Kyoto City, Nagaoka kyo-shi, Kyoto-fu and Muko City, Kyoto-fu.

Additional Notes

• The Airport Shuttle will not be held responsible for delays due to late arrival, traffic, or any other unexpected circumstances.
• The shuttle buses accommodate a maximum of 8 passengers. If your group does not fill a van, you may have to share the shuttle with passengers from other flights, and It may be necessary to wait for a maximum of 60 minutes at Kansai airport.
• Your scheduled pick-up time may be changed to an earlier time if bad weather conditions are expected (from Kyoto to Kansai International Airport).
• Children under the age of six (6) that will not occupy a seat and will sit on the lap of an adult are free of charge. If a child seat is needed or a separate seat is necessary, they will be charged the child rate.
• One large sized suitcase is allowed. An additional JPY 1,000 will be charged for every extra piece of luggage. Additional luggage fees are as follows: Skis, snowboard, and golf bags: JPY 1,000 each Cardboard box under 150㎤: JPY 1,000 (only one (1) box per person is allowed) Wheelchairs can be transported free of charge Surfboards are prohibited
• In the case your flight arrival is delayed over an hour or you do not meet your driver within the hour, your initial reservation will be cancelled. Please inquire at Yasaka Information Desk for the next outgoing shuttle. Please be advised that Yasaka Taxi cannot guarantee to meet all your requests.
• Depending on the number of booked vehicles on the day, the charter may arrive 30 minutes earlier or later than your requested time. In such case, the shuttle operator will contact the passengers' hotel through fax or phone.
• Due to the location and construction condition of the hotel, passengers may be pick-up/dropped off in a nearby location from the hotel. Please wait at the designated meeting location until your charter arrives.
