Additional Notes

  • For regular stains such as food stains or mud stains, cleaning fees won't be charged. But any damage that is impossible wash out or repair, such as oil or paint stains, burns or other holes, will incur a JPY 5,000 charge.
  • Please take your valuables with you when you go out in kimono, but feel free to leave your clothes at the shop. Suitcases will need an additional JPY 500.

  • You do not need to bring anything specific. In the winter, please wear a tank top with an open back, half-length leggings, and other items to wear inside the kimono.
