Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made between 3 business days (17:00 local time) to 2 business days (17:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 17:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Men's kimonos are available in six sizes (Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, XX-Large, 3X-Large).
- Please note that Kimonos will not be rented out on days when excessive snow or rain is expected.
- When making a reservation, please take into consideration the time required to select a kimono and to change (10 mins).
- You can have your hair done upon request, but please mention this when reserving. Please pay the fee (JPY 1,620) to the local staff on the day of activity.
- This activity is operated in Japanese only.
Dressing & Items to Bring
- During the winter, men will have a haori coat and women will have a shawl. However, it can get very cold, so it is recommended that you wear a inner V-necked shirt, leggings and bring hand warmers along with any scarves of your choice.
