Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made between 3 business days (18:00 local time) to 2 business days (18:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 2 business days (18:00 local time) to 1 business days (18:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 1 business days (18:00 local time) to 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 1 hours prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Activity Detail
Restrictions
- For safety reasons, there are conditions set for child participants. Should the children not fulfill the conditions, the cycling tour will be cancelled or replaced by a walking tour. However, please note that in the case of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be charged. In addition, adult participants are required to be able to ride on a public road.
- For safety reasons, children must be meet the following conditions to join. 1. Must be over 10 years of age. 2. Must be over 110 cm in height. 3. Must be able to ride a bike.
- Those who cannot ride a bike may not participate.
Additional Notes
- To use the bicycle after the cycling tour, there will be an additional fee of 500 JPY per bicycle.
- Depending on weather conditions, a walking tour may be substituted for the cycling tour.
- Please note that traffic conditions and weather conditions may delay the cycling tour finishing time.
