  • Any cancellations made between 8 business days (18:00 local time) to 2 business days (18:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made between 2 business days (18:00 local time) to 1 business days (18:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made between 1 business days (18:00 local time) to 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made after 1 hours prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Check In/Pickup Location Details

  • Direction:
    The north boarding deck is located 6 minutes on foot from Arashiyama Station, Keifuku Electric Tram Line. From the station exit, head to the left until the first traffic light facing the Togetsu Bridge. Turn right until the rowboat rental deck.
    From Saga Arashiyama, get off from Exit No.1 and head straight until the 2nd intersection. As you walk, you will see the river in front and from there, turn right until you pass the Togetsu Bridge. Head towards the boarding deck which will be on the left side.

Restrictions

  • If less than 2 adult participants are booked, the activity may not operate. Bookings with 1 adult and 1 child are subject to cancellation.
  • Children of all ages can participate in this activity.
  • Children ages 3 to 6 will be served a child meal, however, if you would like for them to have a full sized meal, please book them as an adult.
