Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made between 3 business days (00:00 local time) to 2 business days (00:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 00:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Due to time restrictions at the airport, you will only have time to stop at the currency exchange and restrooms before departure. Please refrain from stopping by the JR Pass exchange and renting a mobile phone, as these take time.
- A representative will wait for you at the arrival exit starting from 30 minutes to one hour after flight arrival time.
- The shuttle will leave the airport within 90 minutes from flight arrival. If you don't show up within 90 minutes, your reservation will be cancelled.

Restrictions
- This service only operates between hotels or ryokan inns and Narita Airport. Pick ups and drop offs at private apartments are not possible.
- As this is a shared shuttle service, you may have to wait for other passengers to arrive before the shuttle departs. At maximum, you might have to wait for 2 hours from your flight arrival time.
- Child seats and toddler car seats are not available and cannot be set on the cars.
- Suitcase size: The sum of length, height, width should not exceed 203 cm.
- Pick-ups and drop-offs are only available for registered hotels and for people staying at the said hotels. Transportation to private owned homes, apartments and neighboring hotels are not available. Please check to see if your hotel is listed on the following PDF. Availability may vary according on the day.
- Baggage allowance is 2 suitcases per person. Additional baggage, oversized baggage such as skis, snowboards and golf bags will require JPY 2,000 per item. No surfboards are allowed.
