  • Any cancellations made between 10 business days (00:00 local time) to 7 business days (00:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made between 7 business days (00:00 local time) to 1 business days (00:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made between 1 business days (00:00 local time) to 1 business days (00:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made between 1 business days (23:59 local time) to 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made after 1 hours prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions

  • The tour price for infants 3 to 5 years old includes bus seats and fruit tasting only. Infants ages 0-2 may join for free but will not be getting bus seats or separate meals.

Additional Notes

  • The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
  • A staff will accompany you from the designated meeting place and will only provide you with basic information about the tour. Please note that you will be given brochures in your preferred language (English or Chinese) about the sightseeing areas.
  • The fruit picking activity is not guaranteed and will depend on the growing condition of the fruits on the day of the tour. If the session is cancelled, guests will be served pre-harvested fruits instead.
  • The tour will not be cancelled or refunded even if Mt. Fuji is not fully visible due to weather conditions.
  • A decision on whether to cancel the tour will be confirmed by 15:00 Japan Standard Time one day before the tour date.
  • December~March:all-you-can-pick and eat strawberries (30 mins) May~Jun 19: Cherry picking at a farm in Yamanashi (approx. 30 min) Jun 20~Aug 5: All-you-can-eat peaches served on plates (approx. 30 min) and two peaches for souvenirs. Aug 6~Nov 10: Grape picking

Dressing & Items to Bring

  • Please bring a printout or digital copy of the tour confirmation e-mail sent by the tour operator. Participants can also inform their reservation and tour number to the staff upon boarding.
  • You will need to climb 400 steps from the entrance of the park up to the pagoda. Please wear comfortable shoes.

Make way up to the 5th Station to get a great view of the mountain up close and the surrounding forests and towns. Take your time to freely stroll around the area and stop by some souvenir shops.

Take a break and fuel up for the afternoon with a delicious buffet at Sylvans located at the foot of Mt. Fuji.

Arakurayama Sengen Park
Marvel at the stunning views of Mt. Fuji with an iconic pagoda on the side. Capture a postcard-perfect view from above! Please note that you will need to climb up 400 steps to the park. If the roads are frozen, you will visit Oshino Hakkai instead.

Yamanashi Fruit Picking
Next on the itinerary is an all-you-can-eat feast and fruit picking experience at Yamanashi FUJI Fruit Park where you'll get to taste luscious seasonal fruits that are abundant in the region.
