  • Due to the usage of fire and knives, participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult for supervision.
  • Watchers and pets are not allowed.
  • The maximum number of people in the classroom is 10 people. For those who would like a class over 10 people, please inquire.
  • The person booking the tour must be part of the activity. You may not book the tour on behalf of another person.
  • Please arrive to the class at least 10-minutes prior to your class time. If you are running late, please contact the class. If you are more than 30-minutes late, you may not be able to attend the class.
  • Please be courteous to other guests and your instructor. If the instructor finds you disrupting the class in any manner, you may be asked to leave the class.
  • If you are feeling well, or have been diagnosed with measles, chicken pox, the mumps, the flu, pool fever, etc. from the doctor, regardless of the degree of your symptoms, you will not be able to attend the class. If you are not feeling well after the class begins, please inform the staff immediately.

Additional Notes

  • Smoking is prohibited.
  • Please refrain from taking photos, filming and recording during the demonstration.
  • For food safety reasons, you will not be allowed to take home the food you made.
  • In the case particular ingredients are difficult to get, the menu will be subject to change.
  • The menu cannot be changed for those with allergies. Please inquire in regards of ingredients being used in the course before booking.
  • Staff that can speak English is available.
  • Please understand that filming crews or photographers may suddenly appear during the lesson.
  • Please do not copy and distribute or post the recipes up on the internet without the company's permission.
  • The tour operating company may send pamphlets and newsletters regarding future cooking classes or cafe sessions. If you do not want any notifications, please inform the staff.

Dressing & Items to Bring

  • Aprons are available.
  • You will be asked to wear your apron at all times in the class. Please remove your apron when using the restroom.
  • If you have long hair, please tie it back.
  • Please remove any rings, watches, bracelets and other accessories.
  • For those with fake nails, nail polish, long nails or injuries on their hands must wear gloves when cooking.
