  • Any cancellations made between 15 business days (16:00 local time) to 8 business days (16:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made between 8 business days (16:00 local time) to 2 business days (16:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 80% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made after 16:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

  • The tea ceremony will be performed in a tatami room, so you will be required to remove your shoes before entering.
  • In tatami rooms guests usually sit on the floor. Chairs are available if you require them, please let us know the number of chairs you require when booking.
  • This activity is held in Japanese and English. Instruction sheet in Chinese can be provided upon request.
