Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellations made between 21 business days (00:00 local time) to 8 business days (00:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made between 8 business days (00:00 local time) to 1 business days (00:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made after 00:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Activity Detail

Restrictions

  • If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
  • This tour is for people 180 cm or taller.

Additional Notes

  • The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
  • The tour may be cancelled, if 70% of probability of precipitation is forecast at the starting time of the tour in the weather report at 17:00 the day before, in which case we will let you know before the tour. However, the tour will be carried out if the estimated whole precipitation is not so much. We will loan out rain coats for free.
  • This tour is open to anyone, and you can enjoy cycling slowly stopping at various places and chatting with other participants.
  • We loan out a kid’s trailer for free. This is for a child of 18 kg or less. You can not use this for an infant or baby of 12 months or less.
  • We would appreciate it if you allow yourself extra time for the tour for we sometimes cannot end the tour by the scheduled time.
  • Please be sure to keep safety in mind during the tour.
  • An extra fee of JPY 500 will be charged for accident insurance, which you should pay at the site.
  • You can either have lunch at a restaurant on the day or buy a boxed lunch. We will arrange for a vegetarian lunch as far as possible, which you can choose from the reservation form if you like.

Dressing & Items to Bring

  • Insurance certificate
  • Day pack etc. to carry your belongings. The bike does not have a front basket for your baggage.
  • We recommend that you bring sunglasses to protect against sunshine and prevent insects from coming into your eyes.
  • It would be best to wear a wind breaker to protect against light rain or wind. We can loan out simple rain wear.
  • Though we do not have a changing room, there is a relatively wide restroom where you can change.
  • You can check your belongings that you do not need while cycling, at our shop.
  • It would be better if you bring your own helmet and gloves, for we have only free-sized ones.
  • We will give you a discount of JPY 1,000 from the tour price if you bring your own bike.
