  • Children four (4) years old and under are free, but will need to sit on a parent or guardian's lap if there are no available seats.

Additional Notes

  • During rare cases when the Waitomo Cave Tour does not operate, it may be upgraded to the Ruakuri Cave Tour. When the upgrade is provided, the Waitomo Cave portion of the tour is non-refundable.
  • Audio guides are available in Japanese, Spanish and Mandarin. If you would like to use one, please notify a staff member on board.
