- Any cancellations made between 9 business days (08:30 local time) to 4 business days (08:30 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 25% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 08:30 local time, 4 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Children below 4 years old are free of charge provided no seat on the bus is occupied. All their expenses during the tour will be paid for directly by their parents. A child discount applies for one child aged 4 to 7 sharing a room with 2 adults. Please inquire.
