Voucher Exchange:
Please present your VELTRA voucher at the activity provider's ticket office located in Calle de San Nicolas, 15, 28013 Madrid. A printed copy of your voucher will be required to exchange for a direct access ticket for Bernabeu Tour.
Operating Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 10:00 - 19:00
Sundays and Holidays: 10:30 - 18:30
On Match Days, the tour will be open until 5 hours before the kick-off, with no access to the dressing rooms.
