- Any cancellations made between 30 business days (16:00 local time) to 15 business days (16:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 16:00 local time, 15 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- An additional fare may be needed during Christmas/New Year/Peak Season. In such cases, you will be notified in advance.
- Please note that River Kwai Jungle Rafts resort has no electricity, no warm water and no air-conditioning. It is a traditional resort built on bamboo rafts and floating on the Kwa Noi River at around 80 kilometers north from Kanchanaburi. All rooms do have a standard, private bathroom/toilet. An oil lamp is provided in the rooms for light.
- Children below 2 years old are free of charge.
- Early hotel check-in (before noon), late hotel check out (after lunch), connecting rooms and adjoining rooms are not guaranteed.
- All tour itineraries including departure times are subject to change depending on the weather, local conditions and number of participants on the day of the tour. Your ground handler will reconfirm the exact pick-up time the evening before your tour by leaving a message for you at the hotel.
