Check In/Pickup Location Details

  • Please wait for the driver at the hotel lobby or reception area at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
    Pick-ups from markets, temples or airport cannot be accommodated.

Restrictions

  • Guests must be at least 4 ft (120 cm) to participate in this activity.
  • Guests must be below 265 lbs (120 kg) to participate in this activity.
  • Guests should not have serious fear of heights (acrophobia).
  • Guests suffering from epilepsy and other forms of mental health conditions are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • Children 10 years old and above can participate in this activity.
  • Guests with injuries or previous surgery to their heart, lung, kidney or liver are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • Guests with injuries to their back, hip, leg, knee, foot, shoulder, hand or neck are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • People 60 years old and above are welcome to enjoy the spa treatment but cannot participate in the high ropes activity.

Additional Notes

  • Guests will be provided with a pair of new gloves, helmet and safety harness on the day of the High Ropes Course activity. Two cables and two pulleys also ensure extra safety.

Start with a reflexology foot massage that applies pressure to reflex points on the feet through pressing and rolling motions which aid in overall wellness. Then, enjoy a traditional Thai massage which uses a combination of yoga-like stretching and acupressure techniques to induce deep relaxation.
