• Flights arriving within 45 minutes of each other will be combined for seat-in-coach transfers. Delays may be experienced while waiting for other passengers to clear customs and immigration procedures. The transfer will depart once all guests have cleared immigration and collected their luggage.
• The fast track immigration usually takes around 15 minutes but can take longer depending on customers nationality, passport, type of visa etc. Service is not available with Visa on Arrival. Fast track service not available for customer travelling on Pakistani, Turkish or Bangladeshi passports.

  • For International arrival flights, please collect your luggage and make your way through Exit gates number 3 and 4 leading you outside of the arrival terminal building to the main meeting point. Once OUTSIDE the arrival terminal, you will be met by the tour operator's representative who will be holding a sign with your name on it. The representative will be wearing a White Shirt/Blouse, Green Tie/neck Scarf and Black Trousers with a Destination Services badge. You will then be escorted to the immigration fast track counter and will also receive assistance with luggage and customs clearance.
