Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made after the booking confirmation date will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 17:00 local time, 8 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

The specific pick-up point is at Kabatas Motor Pier (Kabataş Motor İskelesi), located right behind the PO Petrol Station on the waterfront side. Please look towards the water as the yacht will arrive here at the scheduled time for boarding.

- Unless cancelled by the vessel's captain due to weather conditions, mechanical problems or other factors, cruises take place rain or shine.
- Activity provider reserves the right to add, withdraw, substitute and/or vary advertised routes, prices, departure times, yachts, and locations without notice if considered necessary for the safety and welfare of the vessel, its passengers, and crew. Occasionally a similar yacht of the same of higher standard may be substituted. However, reasonable effort will be made to maintain arrangements.
