Description

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellations made after 13:00 local time, 3 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

  • In accordance to Dubai law, guests under the age of 21 are not permitted in bars.

Dressing & Items to Bring

  • Men are required to wear collared dress shirts with full-length trousers and closed shoes.
  • Smart casual
  • Guests wearing any type of sportswear or sport shoes are not permitted in the premises.
  • The UAE national dress is allowed.

Requirement(s) - other

  • Business hours, menu contents, prices may change on event days such as Islamic holidays, Christmas, New Year's, Valentine's Day, and Easter. Due to religious reasons, alcohol may be prohibited without prior notice.
  • Please note that photography is allowed, upon the manager's discretion. Video recording is prohibited in the premises.
  • The use of mobile phones in the restaurants is restricted, please switch your phones to silent mode while dinning.
  • Please note that participants may not go to any floor in Burj Al Arab that is higher than that of the restaurant.
  • Alcoholic drinks, shisha, and belly dancing are not available during Ramadan and other religious holidays. Please note that refunds will not be given in these cases.
  • Please note that reservations for the restaurants do not permit access to other areas of the hotel.

Additional Notes

  • Restaurants are not open during Ramadan.
  • Alcoholic welcome drinks will not be served during December 24th to December 30th. Soft drinks or juice will be offered instead.
  • Please be advised that children 8 years old and above are not allowed inside the Skyview Bar on Fridays.
