Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellations made between 3 business days (08:00 local time) to 2 business days (08:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made after 08:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

  • Guests who are in their third trimester of pregnancy (after 28 weeks) are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • Only up to 3 children per adult can participate.
  • Optional premium seat and cockpit seat are only available for guests over the age of 13.
