  • Any cancellations made between 1 business days (08:59 local time) to 1 business days (08:59 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of USD 40.
  • Any cancellations made after 09:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

  • This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
  • Children of all ages can participate in this activity.
  • Children under 2 years old and under 35lbs fly for free when sitting on an adult's lap. This policy is mandated by the FAA and is at the discretion of the pilot.
  • There is a weight limit of 300 lbs (113 kgs) per passenger. Guests with weight over 250 lbs may be subject to an additional fee or a purchase of a second seat.
  • Oxygen condensers are allowed as long as they are FAA approved and have a clear 'D.O.T. Approved' stamp.

Additional Notes

  • The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
  • A heliport fee of 40 USD per person is payable upon arrival.
  • Only cameras and smartphones with the exception of Samsung Note 7 smartphone devices are allowed during the flight.
  • There are lockers available at the ticket counter and can be purchased at 5.00 USD during check-in.
  • Ticket is valid for one (1) year from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
