- Any cancellations made after 07:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Guests may not fly within 24 hours of a two-tank scuba dive due to the high risk of decompression sickness.
- Guests may not fly within 12 hours of a one-tank scuba dive due to the high risk of decompression sickness.

- For those who wish to go diving, a quick medical check will be done on the boat. Depending on the results, you may be refused from diving for safety reasons.
- Smoking is prohibited on board.
- It is advised to take motion sickness preventative if you are prone to getting sea sick.
- Participants with diving license may opt for a fan diving experience for an additional 132 AUD, payable on site. Please inform the staff on the day of the activity (subject to availability).
