- Meals are not included in the price.
- There are no guides on this activity.
- Additional fees may apply on site (usually around 1 AUD).
- Please note that the boat from Cairns to Green Island has air conditioning and therefore can be cold.
- Seasickness prevention medication is available for free at the bar counter on board. It is not strong, so please use your own preventative if you get motion sickness easily.
- There is no guide for the Cairns to Green Island boat. Please board, disembark, spend time on the island and return on your own.
- Parking is available at the Pier Shopping Centre behind the Shangri-la Hotel. 1 day costs 10 to 20 AUD.
- During the increase of the population of jellyfish during the wet season (December-April), beaches may be closed. In such cases, please use the resort pool.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the hotels. Please use the designated smoking area. This includes the use of e-cigarettes.
- When selecting the Green Island and Outer Reef Cruise option, you may bring all of your luggage on board. Please note that after the cruise, you will not return to the resort.
- Please note that the Green Island and Outer Reef Cruise family add-on is eligible for the same family only.
