Restrictions
- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- For safety reasons, guests who are not able to get in the hot air balloon basket without help are not permitted to join the tour.
- Guests who participated in a scuba dive 24 hours prior to the flight will not be allowed to join the tour.
- Children ages 3 to 12 are not allowed to fly without an adult accompanying them. Children between 13 to 17 years old may fly alone but must be accompanied by an adult as a spectator.
- Children 3 years old and above can participate in this activity.

- The tour may be canceled due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, a full refund will be given.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
