- Any cancellations made between 3 business days (07:00 local time) to 1 business days (07:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 07:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Scuba diving is only permitted for guests 12 years of age and above.
- A quick medical check will be done on the boat. Depending on the results, you may be refused from diving for safety reasons.
- Guests may not fly within 24 hours of a two-tank scuba dive due to the high risk of decompression sickness.
- Guests may not fly within 12 hours of a one-tank scuba dive due to the high risk of decompression sickness.
- Guests with asthma or other respiratory problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests with heart and cardiovascular issues are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests with diabetes are not permitted to participate in this activity.
