Restrictions
- Guests are permitted to have 1 carry on luggage not exceeding the following dimensions: Depth: 23 cm (9 inches) Height: 34 cm (13 inches) Length: 48 cm (19 inches)
- Guests staying at the resort can have 1 checked-in suitcase or bag with a maximum weight of 20 kilograms and 1 esky with a maximum weight of 20 kilograms.
- Additional luggage or large items such as surfboards or bicycles are allowed but are subject to additional charges.
- The Dolphin Feeding Program operates on strict guidelines, therefore restrictions on feeding apply. This activity is weather dependent. As the dolphin feeding program involves wild animals, dolphin sightings are not guaranteed, however, the resort does experience a 98-99% attendance rate.
- If you have a cold, flu or respiratory illness you will not be allowed to feed the dolphins.
- Touching or patting the dolphins is strictly prohibited.
- This activity is wheelchair accessible.
- Flash photography from the beach while dolphin feeding is not permitted, but is allowed from the jetty.
- If no whale sightings occur on your tour you will be credited with a second tour at a future date. If the guest cancels the Whale Watch Cruise, no refund applies. Please note that all cruises are dependent on weather conditions and cancellation may occur at short notice.

- Whale watching cruise is available daily and departs at the resort at 12:00.
- Check-in time at the hotel is at 14:00, check-out time is at 10:00.
