- Any cancellations made between 7 business days (04:00 local time) to 2 business days (04:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 04:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- A maximum of 12 people is permitted in the basket.
- Children 6 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
- Children 6 to 12 years old are only allowed if accompanied by at least 2 paying adults.
- This activity is wheelchair accessible.
- Pregnant women who are on their 3rd trimester and above will not be allowed to participate in the activity.
Additional Notes
- Complimentary hotel pick-up services from Melbourne CBD hotels are available for international visitors only. Local residents are requested to contact the activity provider concerning transport payment to takeoff point. Please indicate request upon booking.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- In cases of flight cancellation due to weather, the hot air balloon tour will be set at a later date or be refunded.
- Please note that bags are not allowed inside the balloon. You may leave them in the ground crew vehicle.
