- Any cancellations made between 7 business days (16:00 local time) to 2 business days (16:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of AUD 50.
- Any cancellations made after 16:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Children 6 to 12 years old are only allowed if accompanied by at least 2 paying adults.
- If less than 2 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
- Children 6 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- This activity is wheelchair accessible.
Additional Notes
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- The activity operator will leave a recorded message in the morning of the tour detailing the situation in cases of cancelled flights due to bad weather conditions.
- In cases of flight cancellation due to weather, only the hot air balloon tour can be set at a later date or be refunded. The wine tour will not be refunded as it will proceed as scheduled.
- Eating or drinking alcoholic beverages on the bus is not allowed.
- Please use the restroom before departure as there are no toilets on the bus.
Dressing & Items to Bring

- It is recommended that you bring a change of socks as your feet may get wet in the early morning dew.
- Only luggage small enough to sit at your feet or on your lap is allowed.

- If your balloon flight is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, the winery tour will proceed as scheduled. Guests will have to proceed to specified pick-up points on their own. Please call the activity provider number on your voucher on the morning of your tour to confirm your desired pick-up point.
