- VELTRA voucher number
- Email address
- Last name (used for booking)
You may present your iPass through your mobile phone when redeeming your benefits.
Travelers DO NOT need to collect the physical card after receiving the iVenture iPass (electronic version of the iVenture card).

Restrictions

All benefits may be redeemed only once. Attraction pass is valid 6 months from date of purchase.
After first use of the pass you will have 5 days to redeem all your admission tickets.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for unused benefits or lost/stolen cards.

Additional Notes

Please note that it might take up to 12-24 hours before your electronic pass can be activated or your physical pass can be redeemed. Booking in advance at least a day before intended use is recommended.
