  • The Helsinki Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • When boarding a vehicle of public transport or entering the metro, show your Helsinki Card to the card reader.
  • The number of seats on Panorama sightseeing tour and Beautiful Canal Cruise is limited. The activity provider cannot guarantee that all Helsinki Card holders will be able to join the tour.
  • The free Helsinki guide book is available in English, German, Swedish, Russian and Finnish.
  • Helsinki Card is valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours from the first use. Please write the time (day, month and time) on the back of your Helsinki Card by hand when you start using the card.
  • Always show your card to the ticket attendant or at the box office when entering museums or sights to obtain your benefit. In restaurants, show your card when you order.
  • Please note that most sights and museums are closed during national holidays e.g. Midsummer and Christmas. Many museums are closed also on Mondays.
