  • Please arrive at the check-in location at least 15 minutes before the designated start time. Tickets are only valid for a day and are non-refundable, even when unused by late guests.
  • The exact activity start time will be given to you after your booking is confirmed.
  • Ticket redemption opens 30 minutes before the start time and closes 5 minutes before the tour. You cannot pick up your tickets ahead of this period because entry to the tower will only be granted to groups with an authorized guide.
