Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made between 8 business days (19:00 local time) to 4 business days (19:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 25% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 4 business days (19:00 local time) to 2 business days (19:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 2 business days (19:00 local time) to 1 business days (19:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 75% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 19:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Cruising fee in the Yanagawa River is not included in the tour price.
- For cancellation, please call the contact number written on the voucher.
- Depending on the participant's decision, participants can join this kimono activity even during rainy weather.
Additional Notes
- Kimono is in Komon style (a fine pattern).
- Returns are extended to 18:00 from June 1 to September 30. Please make sure to return the kimono by 18:00.
- Please note that the store has limited sizes and does not carry yukata or kimono for sizes over 100cm (bust/waist/hip).
