Restrictions

  • Bag size limit: Length, width and height of the luggage must not exceed 160 cm. Bag weight limit: 30 kg or less Baggage limit: Up to 50 pieces
  • The following items cannot be left inside your luggage: - Cash/credit card - Passport - Other valuables - Fragile items - Prohibited items by the Japanese law - Animals/insects - Frozen goods - Electronic devices - Items that are not suitable for air freight If the luggage contains the above prohibited items, the company reserves the right to discard the item or report it to the police. In case damages occur due to these items, the owner of the luggage will be held fully liable.
  • Luggage delivery service is limited to guests staying in the hotel only.

Additional Notes

  • You will receive your luggage ID via e-mail with the subject, "GIGA RABBIT." You can track your luggage using GPS on the homepage.
  • Your luggage will be delivered on the day of pick-up. You may not specify a date or time.
  • If the name of your hotel is correct and your luggage has not arrived during the designated delivery date, JPY 10,000 will be refunded for each booking. Please note that it will take several days for the refund to reflect on your credit card.
  • Please contact VELTRA within 6 days from the day of receiving your luggage if your luggage arrives damaged or if the wrong luggage was delivered.
